Individual Therapy 

Kathleen offers individual therapy sessions at her office in Chicago. During the initial sessions, Kathleen will collaborate with you to create an individualized plan to promote working through and working on specific areas to bring about positive change and well-being.

Kathleen is trained in EMDR and integrates mindfulness and meditation and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for clients who want to incorporate any of these options into their therapy.
